DAY 0 - Tuesday March 4th
- Meet this evening at RK Motors to kick off our 2025 Rally to The Amelia. During our time together, you will meet your fellow rally participants, apply your vehicle decals, and receive your welcome bag.
DAY 1 - Wednesday March 5th
- This morning at 9AM we will arrive at Hendrick Motorsports to attend a guided tour of Rick Hendrick’s automotive collection.
- After our tour of Mr. Hendrick’s amazing collection, we will travel to The Speedway Club at Charlotte Motor Speedway for a group lunch.
- Next, we will rally as a group on a curated route by our partner, Blacktop Excursions to Savannah, GA.
- Once we arrive in Savannah, you will have time to check into your hotel room and settle in before our group dinner that evening.
- Dinner tonight will be at local restaurant, where we can converse about the fun day we experienced together.
DAY 2 - Thursday March 6th
- Grab breakfast on your own at the hotel or a near by spot before we depart for Jacksonville, FL at a pre-defined time.
- Our route from Savannah, GA to Jacksonville, FL will be another group rally, with a curated route by Blacktop Excursions.
- The destination will be The Brumos Collection, show casing an amazing assortment of historical vehicles from this legendary racing brand.
- After our tour of The Brumos Collection, you are free to enjoy Jacksonville or begin making their way to Amelia Island, FL to check into their accommodations.
- Enjoy the remainder of Thursday afternoon and that evening how you wish on Amelia Island, FL.
DAY 3 - Friday March 7th
- You and your fellow rally participants will meet this morning to enjoy an exclusive preview of The Broad Arrow Amelia Island auction. This will be a special behind-the-scenes experience on collector car auctions. It was a massive hit last year and is sure to be one of your favorite experiences as well.
- Next we will travel as a group to the Porsche Club of America Werks Reunion Amelia Island event, where prearranged parking has been coordinated for you. This event typically has a turnout of 750+ Porsches from all generations and is not an event to be missed.
- The remainder of Friday is yours to explore all the happenings on Amelia Island, like The Hanger Event. We are happy to provide recommendations per request.
DAY 4 - Saturday March 8th
- On Saturday morning we will meet as a group and drive over to the Cars & Caffeine show field at the Ritz Carlton to display our cars in an exclusive area. Referred to as the "best you'll find anywhere" by Sports Car Digest, Cars & Caffeine presents a curated group of 350 vehicles from across the country — all on the same field as Sunday’s Concours d'Elegance.
- Cars and Caffeine concludes at 1PM, providing you with plenty of time to continue exploring Amelia Island and activities taking place during The Amelia 2025 event weekend.
- That evening, all participants will be invited to a special event on the island. Each year, these events become more unique. More details will be provided as available.
DAY 5 - Sunday March 9th
- While Sunday is not a planned day of our rally itinerary, it is the 30th annual Amelia Concours d’Elegance, taking place from 9:30 – 4:30.
- See the 275 historically significant vehicles vying for various awards and accolades in 35 unique classes.
- We highly recommend purchasing an early entry ticket, granting you 1-hour early admission to walk the show field before the crowds arrive. As a Hagerty Driver's Club Member, you receive a discount for admission.
